As HR Business Partner Benelux you have the following responsibilities:
First point of contact for all HR related activities for the Benelux divisions and act as Business Partner for management level and below;
provide full generalist support and manage annual business cycles, including talent review, performance management, pay review & headcount planning;
identify business needs and manage complex employee queries;
support cultural change, ensure values and behaviors are consistently communicated and upheld;
ensure timely and appropriate actions and documentation by clearly guiding the Human Resources admin team;
take ownership of projects, such as the implementation of a new Intranet site, audits, equity handling, recruitment, pension changes, Training & Developments initiatives etc.

As HR Business Partner Benelux you will report to the HR Director.

Our client in Amsterdam is a major player in the entertainment industry. They have offices all around the world. The organization is characterized by an international, informal and dynamic nature. You have a lot of contact with colleagues from different departments and your immediate colleagues. Every day brings a new challenge in this blue chip multinational, where most of the HR practices are line managers’ responsibility.

The HR team consists of four people, including yourself: an HR assistant, HR coordinator and HR director. As HR Business Partner you directly support the HR director. Your drive to get things done, relationship skills and ownership add a lot to this environment.

Your workplace is easily accessible by public transport. For example from Utrecht and Haarlem there are good connections to Amsterdam Central station. From the train station it is only a 10 minute bike ride to the office.

28 – 32 hours with a maximum salary of € 68.000 gross per year (based on 40 hours);
stable organization.

this is what you will bring to the job of hr business partner benelux:

Bachelor degree (hbo) or equivalent;
6-10 years of working experience in a similar position with an international scope, experience with Belgium HR and Legal is required;
excellent Dutch & English fluency (both written and oral communication);
knowledge of Microsoft Office & system literate;
Workday experience is a nice asset;
goal getter, takes ownership, strong relationships builder, result oriented, ambitious and flexible.
